Hotel Crillon, in Sharia Adib Ishaq, is another of Alexandria's proper accommodation spots, apart from the youth hostels. Rooms are about 9 to 10$, and they offer view of the harbour. The atmosphere is a little old-fashined, but this makes the place more myserious and cosy. I definitely recommend it!! It's the best, at this price.
