Elite Restaurant, in Sharia Safyya Zaghloul, is one of the best places I've ever eaten in!! The atmoshpere is like in the 20th century, which makes it more than special, in my view. Spaghetti or pizza can be served outside, while watching people. Mains are form under 1$ to 5 or 6$.
