Once in Cairo, at the airport, go the exit and wait for bus no 356, that will take you to the main bus station of Cairo, Turgoman Garage. If you want to, the driver will stop at the Egyptian Museum as well. Taxis are about 5$, and are most recommended in case you have a lot of luggage.
