The main accommodation places in Hurghada are located in the district of Ad-Dahar. The Youth Hostel in which I lived was at about 5 km away from Ad-Dahar but was a very good one. About 4$ the room, the place(named simply "Youth Hostel" ) has its own beach. I recommend it.
