I've stayed before at Happyland hotel. The name is not just a trick, it's a really friendly place. I felt pretty comfortable, they have clean rooms, with balconies. It's located in the centre of the main souq (a market, like a bazaar), on El Sheik Sebaks, and they charge $3.5 per night (with a shared bathroom) or $5( for your own bathroom).
