In case you think Hurghada is some sort of remote island where internet and the post office are to be found in the city centre exclusively, you're wrong. It's full of banks and ATMs everywhere, so exchanging money shouldn't be a problem. Neither is internet, cafes are omnipresent, with about 0.50 to 3$ the hour.
