Hurghada is filled with dive clubs and snorkeling trips offers. The most popular snorkeling spot is Giftun Island for its rich marine life. A trip to Giftun island costs around $7 with 2 snorkeling stops and lunch included. I think it's worth paying as it's something that you won't forget if you come as a tourist.
