A lot of Internet cafes are opening here in Luxor, so you'll be able to do your job here. They all charge about $1 per hour. There is Aboudi Internet (Tourist Bazaar; on Corniche el Nil), Mantel Computer & Internet(off Sharia Medina al Manawara). I advise you to go to Aboudi Internet as it's a more quiet place.
